Join, Mike & Elliie, for a special class rooted in sharing an energetic connection through partnered dancing. Backbeat is a special form of dance developed by Mike Foncannon coming from blues fusion. We'll learn how to center our own energy and open it up to connecting it with our partners, using that as one of our movement communicators. You can come with your own partner, or we will rotate through the class. You may choose to rotate or not. We will be divided into leaders and followers, and while historically that has meant men and women, you are free to choose the role you'd like to learn.
